Trashland.
A place, a mentality, a state of being.
We've all been there.
Its in the morning after a night of hot jazz, dancing, and debauchery,
in the sound of a perfectly hit China cymbal,
Heavily handed octaves in the bottom register of the piano,
an uprigh bass digging in so hard it buzzes,
a trumpet wailing a hot melody....

In Trashland lies the spirit of Jazz, and with this record we summoned that energy in its many forms.

Drawn to vintage jazz at an early age she performs music from the 20's, 30's and 40's as well as composes her own original music in the vintage style.
